How To Control Anger Issues

Controlling anger can be challenging, but it's not impossible with the right techniques. Here are some effective ways to manage anger issues:
 Learn to pause before reacting: * Take a deep breath - Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4.2. 🧠Understand the root of your anger:Ask yourself: '' Why am I angry? '' Sometimes anger hide other other emotions like hurt, fear and mostly frustration.3. Express yourself calmly .4. Use ''I'' statement*Instead of  '' you never listen to ,'' say, '' I feel ignored when I am not heard '' 4. Keep an anger Journal * Write down what made you angry, how you reached, and how you could have handled it better *Over time, you'll see patterns and progress.
